Andreas founded the Bloomsbury practice in 1996. He is an established and well known osteopath and medical herbalist – often integrating both systems in his approach. He practices a couple of days a week as most of his time is devoted to lecturing, publishing and research. He graduated from BSO. He treats all ages, from babies to the elderly, as well as expectant mothers and uses both structural and cranial osteopathic techniques. With a background in sports and a qualified fitness instructor, Charlie is also able to go to gyms and parks where he can assess patients bio-mechanics and devise a tailored rehab and exercise plan.
Pantelis graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy. He also gained a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from the University College London (UCL). He has furthered his career with training in Medical Acupuncture and Applied Kinesiology. His academic and practical background has given Pantelis a thorough understanding of musculoskeletal medicine especially in the domains of physical activities, sports injuries and rehabilitation. His treatment protocol is very inclusive and in addition to his excellent hands-on skills, he empowers his clients to take control of their health with a programme of lifestyle, nutrition and exercise.
Sam is a qualified and experience massage therapist with an unrivaled record of experiences and achievements. He has ITEC and BTEC qualifications and practiced at various well established centres in Gold Coast, Australia. He has a unique ability to identify and treat problematic muscles providing his clients with an immediate and long-lasting relief as well as helping them to restore their functional integrity and well-being.
James gained a Masters (MSc) in Acupuncture from the University of Westminster. He then developed further his professional career with Wu style Taiji Quan. Taiji Quan are forms of exercises (evolved in ancient China) to promote health, internal strength, and awareness of the whole body. Both practises and Chinese Medicine have the same roots and can be used in harmony within the treatment room. He has an interested in chronic emotional and physical conditions, in addition to general practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
James is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the UK’s largest professional, self-regulatory body in this discipline.

Victoria is a Western Medical Herbalist and Arvigo® Therapy practitioner. This makes her one of a handful of therapist in the UK able to bring together herbal medicine with specialist abdominal massage techniques to support optimal reproductive and digestive health. Victoria works with men and women, boys and girls at all stages of their development. Victoria holds two BSc (honours) degrees in Herbal Medicine (1:1) and Psychology (2:1), and an advanced professional qualification in the Arvigo® techniques of Maya abdominal therapy. Pieter is a Western Medical Herbalist. He has a particular interest in supporting people with chronic ailments and emotional conditions. Pieter also has a passion for growing medicinal plants and making botanical products. He holds a first class BSc (honours) degree in Herbal Medicine and has won awards for achievement and innovation in Herbal Medicine and botanical pharmacy. He is fully insured with Balens Ltd. Pieter has his own practice and also practice from our Health Centre.
Sabrina is a Medical Herbalist and Counsellor. She gained a BSc (Honours) degree in Herbal Medicine at the University of East London and also been training in Endobiogenic Medicine with French doctor Jean-Claude Lapraz.
In 2008, she received a degree in Psychosynthesis Counselling and then trained for 2 additional years in Systemic/Family Constellations. Sabrina has been facilitating constellations groups since 2008, and integrated counselling and constellations training into her practice of Herbal Medicine in order to offer patients a truly holistic approach to assessing and treating health and well-being issues, according to their individual needs. Sabrina has her own practice and also practice from our Health Centre.
Koula trained at Spectrum. She is a full registered member of the British Council for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Koula works with individuals and couples as well as with other psychoemotional matters. Her work is based on the principles of Humanistic psychotherapy. Linda Albinsson is an experienced Nutritionist with a unique and broad approach and training. Integrating Nutritional Medicine & Functional Medicine together with Naturopathic influences, she carefully tailors her client protocols to form highly personalised Nutrition Strategies for each client. In addition to working directly with clients, Linda organises workshops, yoga & nutrition retreats, and act as a nutrition consultant to superfood producers and others. She is also currently training with one of the country’s most prestigious leading Functional Medicine doctors.

Dr Ampat is a fully qualified Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with special interest in Spinal surgery. He work part time at Royal Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Trust. His mission is to provide quality orthopaedic and spinal opinion with minimal surgical intervention to promote wellness, to relieve suffering and to restore health as humanely as it can be done at the highest value for all concerned. After years of surgical practice he has taken a conscious decision not to operate. He believe that too many operations are being performed. Surgery has inherent risks and if surgery is performed when it is not necessary, it would be subjecting patients to unnecessary risks. He sees patients and provide advice and opinion. He also perform injections into the spine and other joints.
